Can I Have Non-Surgical Procedures in a Mommy Makeover?

Mommy makeover options include non-surgical treatments.

Today, breast augmentation and tummy tuck surgery at my Ottawa, Ontario, practice remain as popular as ever. Many women who are interested in restoring their bodies to their pre-pregnancy forms choose to combine these surgeries into a single procedure, called a mommy makeover. Although most mommy makeovers incorporate some form of breast and body contouring, it might surprise you that non-surgical procedures, such as dermal fillers, can also be performed at the same time, for a comprehensive, whole-body approach to this transformation.

At my practice, I use hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane® and JUVÉDERM® to plump my patients’ wrinkles from the inside out and add subtle volume to areas including the lips. These simple procedures can easily be added to mommy makeover, as well as other surgical procedures. Because the patient is asleep under anesthesia, her comfort is maximized — and her final results are amplified.

There is no official formula to a mommy makeover. It’s an exciting procedure that can be completely customized to match each patient’s specifications. During your consultation with an experienced surgeon, be sure to ask about adding facial treatments to your mommy makeover. The subtle addition of facial volume might just put the finishing touches on your beautiful new body.
