Get Noticed Without Noticeable Scars

Since 1995, I have been performing a type of breast augmentation for Destin and Pensacola patients that leaves no scars on the breasts. This approach, often referred to as “endoscopic breast augmentation,” positions the incisions discretely under the arms and allows for inconspicuous healing. Women from all over the world have visited my practice near Panama City for plastic surgery using this advanced technique.

How it Works:

I use very small instruments and a microscopic camera when performing this procedure. These tools enable me to view internal structures and allow for more precise surgical techniques.

The implants are inserted through 1-inch incisions under the arms and are positioned partially below the chest muscles, using a technique known as “dual plane” placement. Surgery usually takes only about 30 minutes, and most patients return to work within a week.

Inserting breast implants through under-arm incisions provides many benefits to my patients, including:

  • More rapid healing
  • Less chance for capsular contracture
  • Better implant coverage and placement
  • Shorter surgery time
  • More natural appearance
