Training, Qualifications, and Experience
Our team of talented, board-certified plastic surgeons possesses an impressive combination of training, over 50 years of collective surgical experience, as well as variety of surgical specialties.
Simeon Wall, Sr., MD founder of The Wall Center for Plastic Surgery, is regarded as a body contouring specialist, with over 25 years of experience performing liposuction surgery. This Louisiana plastic surgeon is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. He completed his internship at the University of California at San Francisco, his general and plastic surgery training at the University of Wisconsin, and his fellowship training in hand and microsurgery at Northwestern University in Chicago. Dr. Wall Sr. pursued his special interest in facial aesthetic surgery through a head and neck fellowship at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He subsequently returned to his home state of Louisiana where he has been practicing for over 30 years.
Holly Casey Wall, MD, FACS specializes in breast enhancement surgery and body contouring procedures for women. A board-certified plastic surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, she earned her medical degree at the University of Utah and performed both her general surgery and plastic surgery residencies at Stanford University, which offers one of the most highly respected plastic surgery programs in the country. She is an active member of both the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Simeon Wall, Jr., MD, FACS specializes in aesthetic breast surgery, body contouring, facial rejuvenation, and nose reshaping surgery. A board-certified plastic surgeon, he is skilled and experienced in advanced surgical techniques such as endoscopic surgery with minimal incisions and laser surgery, and is the inventor of SAFELipo™, an advanced liposuction technique. He is a frequent lecturer and speaker at national and international meetings on the topic of body contouring and liposuction, and instructs other physicians in the SAFELipo technique. Dr. Wall, Jr. earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He served his internship and residency at Stanford University’s prestigious plastic surgery program, which was the first in the country to incorporate plastic surgery into all five years of training. A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, he is actively involved in both the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and serves as the President-elect of the Louisiana Society of Plastic Surgeons.
