Dr. Graham Kemsley is a cosmetic plastic surgeon with more than 25 years of experience. In his Orange County plastic surgery practice, he offers the latest surgical procedures and has earned a reputation for surgical excellence.

Dr. Kemsley’s Education and Training
Dr. Kemsley was born in England and raised in Canada, where he completed his plastic surgery residency. He has been honored with the Physician’s Recognition Award by the American Medical Association for his commitment to medical education in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Kemsley’s education and training include:
- Active memberships in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons, Orange County Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Northwest Society of Plastic Surgeons

Dr. Kemsley’s Practice & Experience
Dr. Kemsley began practicing plastic surgery in Calgary, Canada, where he was an early pioneer in microvascular replantation surgery and cosmetic liposuction. There he served as the Chief of Plastic Surgery and Chief of Surgical Specialties at the Holy Cross Hospital.
After moving to California more than 20 years ago, he developed the Irvine Boulevard Surgical Center and the Newport Institute of Surgery and served on the Board of the Irvine Multi-Specialty Surgical Center.
