John Heieck, M.D. attended medical school and completed his residency in general surgery at the Creighton Medical Center. After finishing his training in plastic surgery at the Baylor Medical Center in Houston, Dr. Heieck completed an additional fellowship in hand surgery in Los Angeles.
John Edney, M.D. graduated from the Creighton University School of Medicine. After completing his 5-year residency in general surgery at Creighton University, Dr. Edney received his board certification in general surgery. After finishing his plastic surgery training at the University of Pittsburgh, he remained there for an additional fellowship in micro vascular surgery before returning to Omaha.
Richard Bruneteau, M.D. attended medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. In addition to his general surgery residency at the University of Iowa, he completed a two-year residency in plastic surgery at the University of California at San Francisco, a fellowship in micro vascular surgery at the University of California, and a fellowship in craniofacial surgery at Harvard Medical School in Boston.
Marie Montag, MD attended medical school and completed her residency in general surgery at Creighton University. After continuing her plastic surgery training for two years at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, she studied craniofacial and pediatric plastic surgery for an additional year under Dr. Louis Morales in Salt Lake City, Utah.
