As a highly specialized facial plastic surgeon with over 10 years of experience and board certification in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology, Dr. Lacombe is a trusted name in Sonoma and Marin County for facial plastic surgery.
Education and Training
Dr. Lacombe earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Rice University in Houston, Texas, before obtaining his medical degree at UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. Prior to settling in Sonoma County, he completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Microvascular Surgery at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Lacombe is the co-author and editor of a standard textbook for aspiring facial plastic surgeons and laser technicians, called Lasers in Aesthetic Surgery, and has presented his research on science and facial plastic surgery at the local, regional, and national levels.
Thanks to his ongoing research in the field of facial plastic surgery, Dr. Lacombe stays up-to-date on some of the most modern cosmetic surgery techniques available. He has served as a trainer for JUVÉDERM® and BOTOX® since 2006 and participates in FDA clinical research trials for new injectables. Additionally, he holds several positions in professional organizations such as the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery and the California Society of Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Lacombe is double-board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology.
