Dr. Devlin graduated from Loma Linda University Medical School and completed surgical training at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Realizing his passion for cosmetic surgery, Dr. Devlin then took on additional post-doctoral training. He completed his American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship training in 2003 and partnered to open his first cosmetic surgery practice in Little Rock, Arkansas. In March 2010, Dr. Devlin founded his own cosmetic surgery practice to accommodate his growing clientele.
