Breast Augmentation, Pennsylvania

By: Evan S. Sorokin, M.D., F.A.C.S.

For many women in Philadelphia, breast enlargement alone is often not enough to give the breasts a full, youthful appearance. For this reason, I often combine breast augmentation with a breast lift. It is extremely helpful for women who have any of these factors:

  • drooping or sagging breasts
  • nipples that point downward
  • a deflated or “pancake-like” appearance

Breast Augmentation With Breast Lift: The Smart Choice

A breast augmentation and breast lift can be performed simultaneously during the same surgery to reduce overall downtime. This is a great option for women who have recently experienced dramatic weight loss or for women whose breasts have changed following pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Using breast implants, I am able to restore volume to the breasts to make them fuller, rounder and more supple. Women can choose from a variety of implant sizes, styles and profiles, as well as decide between silicone or saline implants. Then, during a breast lift, I can elevate the breasts to a more youthful position while also repositioning the nipples for more natural-looking placement. The result is a firmer, younger-looking breast with better position and fullness.
