What we do to ensure that breast augmentation looks natural under this special set of circumstances is recommend that smaller silicone implants be placed above the muscle. Silicone implants do not visibly ripple the way that saline implants can. Also, implants below the muscle can look odd on very muscular women and can even migrate to the side.
